To test Kabir Sahib, the Brahmins of Kashi planned to place the idol and Veda Shastra on the rock and said that whoever has true spiritual power, this will go to him. The Brahmins did all they could but the idol did not move, then Kabir Sahib ji sang the word of the glory of God, then the idol flew and went up to him

Kabir God, with the help of his power, averted the severe famine in the 14th century in the Maghar state and gave life to everyone. Thousands of Hindu-Muslims took the initiation. He also blessed a 70-year-old childless Muslim couple to have a son. Presently there is an entire locality of that person, and its name is "Mohalla Kabir Karam".

Devotee Nanda Nai used to go to the palace to do shaving of the king every day. One day he got so absorbed in devotion to God that he was late for two hours to go to the king. The king used to punish the one whoever was late. Then Kabir God shaved the king by taking the form of devotee Nanda Nai. In this way, the divine saved his devotee Nanda Nai from the king's punishment.
